Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We photograph our yarns in natural lighting to ensure the highest color accuracy. However, please note that monitor settings vary and hand-dyed batches may have slight variations. We recommend purchasing enough yarn for your entire project at once to ensure dye lot consistency.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return yarn if I change my mind?
