At Sensy Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return unused yarn in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the yarn is in its original skein or ball form with all labels intact, and pack it securely in its original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
